A strong finish to 2011 capped off what proved to be a busy year for Bissett Kenning & Newiss and, despite the continuing uncertain economic times, we have built upon this momentum in the New Year.  We have some exciting new listings coming on to our books and with several significant lettings having already concluded this year and a number of properties in solicitors hands, we are on course to continue to achieve excellent results for our clients during 2012. 

Whilst there remains a good deal of vacant stock across all sectors (in most parts of the North East) and competition for tenants/purchasers is fierce, our approach to marketing properties is to listen to our clients and clearly understand their needs.  In doing so, this enables us to adopt a holistic approach and offer proactive advice and creative solutions for our clients.  There are some strong enquiries coming through via all of our marketing mediums at present and in parallel we also have an extensive network of contacts to call upon to find an occupier for your property.

Ever mindful that empty property holding costs can be crippling, through working closely with our Rating Department, we can also help to reduce property owners exposure to Empty Property Rates in the interim until a permanent tenant is found.
